Job location: Corporate Office, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy (national & overseas hiring) aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

2. Collaborate with management team to understand workforce needs and forecast future talent requirements for leadership hiring.

3. Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates for leadership hiring.

4. Work on enhancing the organization's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

5. Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide reports to management.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

7. Understanding of recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Experience in Darwinbox will be an added advantage.

8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.

9. Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning for leadership roles.

10. Responsible for oversee the employee performance management process, including setting goals, performing evaluations, providing individual feedback, and coaching them as needed.

11. Design and conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and provide feedback to the leaders.

Qualification

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a premium institute.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG or consumable goods industrial setting.

- Overseas hiring will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and application tracking system.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

- Minimum 18 - 20 years of relevant experience.

- Experience of working at corporate level in a big-size organization and involved in leadership hiring for domestic as well as overseas centres.

- To develop a talent pool.

- Excellent man-management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-development skills.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as business unit / profit center head of an SSI or engineering section head in a mid-sized company.
