Location - Granules Corporate Office, Hyderabad-India
Purpose :
- To be a part of Sales and Marketing team (Region: Europe) by facilitating Primary and secondary research, Competitor analysis and working on Business plans and closely working with BD Leads.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Competitor analysis in terms of capacity, capabilities (Level of Integration) for commercially manufactured and supplied API and Finished dosage molecules along with Price trend analysis (Key starting materials to Finished product)
- Data mining from various sources (Secondary research through portals and Primary research through interaction with Regional heads and customers)
- Analysing Market and supporting teams with Key insights in-terms of offerings, Specific Product extension details there by targeting untapped opportunities (Market intelligence)
- Responsible for managing and maintaining Knowledge management database
- Global watch on product life cycle management
- Project Management
- Facilitate customer Audits at the sites in coordination with cross functional team.
- Prepare & propose marketing budget for new products for the next 5 years (Part of Short and Long-term Strategy).
- Plan deal approaches, handle sales contract, negotiation of terms & deal closing
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Science/Pharmacy/ with PGDM/MBA.
- 6-9 years experience in BD, Research and Business analytics.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry in leading functions like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Alliance Management, Strategic Planning.
- Should possess excellent network with Global Pharmaceutical community and relationship with key
decision makers.
- Professional with good understanding of Generics Pharmaceutical Industry including Finished Dosage and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients preferably in both B2B model.
- Good understanding of Regulatory requirements and Intellectual Property for filing pharmaceutical products in key markets including US, Europe and EM.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Shall have strong planning & organising skills with the ability to interact and manage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive business results.
- High ethical standards; excellent judgment; personal / professional integrity, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit & flexibility and proven discretion of handling sensitive information.
- Outstanding communication (written & verbal).
- Sound Knowledge on MS office. (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
- Shall have high ethical standards, sound judgment, personal and professional integrity,
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
