Reporting To General Manager - Marketing
Location Corporate office
Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for Sales & Business Development, Key account management, Receivables, Customer support, Presentations/MIS for the Middle East, North & South African markets.
- Identification of new customers through business development activities & New Products introduction in the market.
- Handling of Business enquiries and sharing the proposal for the same. Also do the sample seeding for the same.
- Dispatch Coordination, documents follow up. Coordination with cross-functional teams (warehouse, SCM, Production, Logistics)
- Payment Follow-up.
- Ensure all Legal & R&D (regulatory filing & Registration) documentation is completed.
Qualifications and Experience - Graduation in Science and MBA.
- 5-7 Years of Experience in pharma industry
- Should have exposure the Middle East, North & South African markets.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Negotiation Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving & Product Knowledge
- Building Customer Interactions & Relationships with internal and External customers.
Experience - Should have experience in Africa, Middle East, Asia regions, with formulations or API in Pharma industry, Candidate should have travelling experience.
