Responsibilities
- Lead the staffing of resources for audit west.
- Work with manager + group in Audit West to identify the resource requirements in advance and in-turn build help firm up the hiring plan for the region.
- Actively contribute and support the Regional Expertise Leader - Audit West in the key initiatives
- Manage and execute programmes. Track progress of key initiatives through regular coordination and follow-ups with internal teams
- Provide data and information support for leadership meetings
- Work closely with REL and Partner Group in West to drive forth the Firms audit and efficiency agenda
Eligibility criteria
- Prior Experience: 2+ years
- Qualification: PG
Good to have
- Great communication skills and project management ability
- Experience in project coordination and budgeting
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word)
