Preference given to individuals with degrees in computer science, mathematics or statistics - Fluency in Microsoft Excel, including use of functions and Pivot Tables - Strong written and verbal communications skills in English - Analytic mindset, creative, curious, independent, works well on a team - Passion to deploy technology to serve team needs - Experience with Alteryx/ R/ Python/ SAS/Power BI/ Tableau/ DOMO/ ACL/ SQL/ IDEA or other data management products is strongly preferred Capabilities Qualified candidates should demonstrate variety of technical skills, included but not limited to: - Building automation and analytics solutions and visually compelling reports and dashboards in Alteryx and other ETL tools (training will be provided). - Ability and passion to analyze complex data processes, understand the details and build simple frameworks - Expertise in programmatically processing large data sets from multiple source systems, integration, analysis, summarization and presentation of results to stakeholders - Identifying patterns and trends in data sets - Collaborating with global and local team members to identify opportunities for automation and analytics. Design, develop, deliver and support innovative solutions. - Ability to communicate complex models and analysis in a clear and precise manner - Master the flow of data in accounting and auditing information systems - Experience using R/Python or equivalent statistical/data analysis tools. Ability to transfer that knowledge to different tools. - Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning or natural language processing an added advantage.
