Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Program Management - Managing end to end training programs firm wide; - Developing L&amp;D Calendar every quarter - L&amp;D operations - Provide end to end logistical support for behavioral/soft skill sessions. - Professional Development - Identify, design &amp; facilitate learning programs based on the needs of the rm - New Hire Orientation - Managing end to end ownership of Induction for the new joiners - Vendor Management - Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met - Revisiting content as necessary in order to adapt changes occurring in the work environment - Executing and managing multiple training tasks/assignments on short notice - Handling learner's queries &amp; escalations in regards to the process - Generate, monitor and analyze training reports and feedback Education: - Education: Graduate/MBA with 3 to 4 years Preferred Skills: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives - At least 1-2 years of experience in the area of delivery - Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, program/project management, cross-border stakeholder management etc.
