Role Summary:

Responsible for providing a suite of scheduled as well as ad-hoc reports on Knowledge Management systems by using BI tools and applications such as Adobe SiteCatalyst / Omniture, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc. Provide reliable and insightful reporting and analytics to assist with decision making for areas of focus and to move from a reactionary approach to anticipatory. Supports development and management of the analytics processes for the firm's digital workspace.

Key roles & responsibilities:

- Deliver on reporting and analytics processes for the Knowledge Management function. Work on all data collection platforms, maintain databases, create reports, review outcomes, identify and report defects and improvement areas, track and report metrics, including KPI reports.

- Provides insights to drive successful Search Optimization (SEO), internal Email and Social media campaigns, portal / landing page optimization to increase the effectiveness of online channels for better ROI.

- Work with the SharePoint technical team to implement new business requirements for enhanced reporting/analytics such as self-serve reports.

- Track operational performance against defined KPIs and flag areas that require attention; create Dashboards.

- Publish reporting calendar of all reports & insights

- Develops and maintains documentation for tasks, processes and projects.

- Ensures consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.

Project management responsibilities:

- Demonstrates time management and prioritization.

- Independently manage simple projects and processes. Performs work independently, with moderate level of review, and is assigned to projects of simple to moderate complexity.

- Works in a structured and time-bound manner, with adequate documentations and communication. Manages multiple priorities across several communities and resolve conflicting priorities.

- Stays on top of all assigned projects and initiatives. Delivers projects with a - no surprise- mindset. Take undisputed ownership of the work items that are assigned. Escalates issues as appropriate.

- Makes routine decisions on project delivery within the agreed framework with limited Senior / Team lead intervention.

- Identifies, shares and implements leading practices.

People management responsibilities:

- Manages self - Work independently as key contributor in the team.

- Supervises team members working on projects including Temp. Staff and Analysts. Provides detailed and timely feedback on performance of others working on projects.

- Coaches junior team member(s) in an official capacity, in line with group structure.

Skills requirements:

- Experience in Reporting & Analytics tools and processes relevant to a Knowledge Services organization. Familiar in usage of tools like webtrends, Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, Omniture, etc.

- Exposure to SharePoint and Office 365 environment.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

- Experience in Visual Basics / Macro builds to automate repeatable tasks.

- Database experience (data extraction and maintenance)

- Business and data analysis skills

- Experienced in presenting and communicating findings and recommendations clearly and succinctly.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communications skills

- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.

- Six Sigma exposure a plus.

Education:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

- 3-5 years of work relevant experience.
