Grant Thornton - Consultant - US Tax

Desired Profile:

- At least 2-4 years of experience in US tax

- Working knowledge on Form 1120, 5471, 5472, 926

- US Individual Tax (Form 1040), FBAR, FATCA, PFIC, etc.

- Partnership Filings (preferably Form 1065 or 8865), PE fund compliances.

- Basic understanding of India Taxes

- Hands on experience on US tax return software's like Go-Systems, OneSource, Pro-systems etc.

- Experience in resolving tax notices with IRS and State Tax department

Qualification - CA/MBA/CPA
