Grant Thornton - Consultant/Assistant Manager - CSR Advisory

You will be working with Corporate Foundations, NGOs, International Donors and Multi-lateral agencies on Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Development based projects covering elements like Project Evaluation, Need Assessment, Baseline Study, Social Impact Study, SROI, Monitoring and Evaluation, etc.

You will be required to lead consulting projects basis client requirements with clear ownership. It will also involve frequent travel to rural and urban locations for data collection, community interactions and study local demographics.

Skill Pre-requisites:

a. Excellent grip on English language - written and spoken;

b. Excellent grip on MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

c. Proficiency in analytical and logical reasoning;

d. Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools;

e. Knowledge of CSR Law, Project Audit, Baseline Study, Impact Study, etc.;

f. Ability to gather information from various sources under limited guidance;

g. Ability to conduct market research studies and write knowledge papers and articles;

h. Ability to prepare business proposals and case profiles;

Background Pre-requisites:

a. Graduate / Post Graduate in Business / Commerce / Social Science / Economics / or an equivalent qualification;

Work Experience

a. Minimum 5 years of experience in Development or Consulting Space;

b. Relevant experience with corporate foundation or NGO;

c. Relevant experience in conducting field studies and program evaluations;

d. Relevant experience as team lead or project manager;
