Leadership role in Grant Thornton's strategic HR consulting team a focus on organization design and effectiveness engagements. Responsible for leading multiple project teams in delivering excellence on HR advisory client engagements and also envisioning, developing and growing the HR advisory practice pan India. - Manages engagement level relationships through direct client interaction - Supports lead generation and lead conversion efforts by accompanying leaders to pitch meetings and subsequently creating proposals, detailed scope and time cost budgets - Actively delivers content for branding activities through various channels - Stays abreast with key developments in the talent management space - Dupports onboarding new jobs and assists in preparation of project plans - Maintains visibility about client communication across engagement team and minimizes rework - Actively delivers downloads to project team about client expectations to steer delivery in keeping with project plans - Prepares and conducts trainings to juniors, delivers calendar and plans - Ensures deliverable and solutions are tailored to client needs and of high quality to facilitate actionable advice Desired Profile: Individual: 10-15 years of proven work experience Qualification/Certification: MBA preferably in Human Resources Skill-Set: Experience in organization design and effectiveness, including: - Vision and Mission articulation - Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard design and implementation - Organization Structure design and implementation - JD, KRA and KPI design and articulation - Performance management framework/ architecture design - Compensation structuring - Variable pay plan (performance incentives, bonuses, sales incentives) design and implementation - Long term incentive plan design and implementation (ESOPs, SARs etc.) - Creating bespoke solutions and strategizing go to market approach for the same - Business development and relationship building with clients and targets - Leading, managing and developing teams - Excellent business communication (written and verbal) - Excellent in PowerPoint and excel To know more about us, please visit- www.grantthornton.in
