Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Managing the setup of the job codes, ensuring completion of invoicing on time, collection follow ups - Coordinating with the implementation team to ensure that execution of the assignment as per the agreed terms and conditions - Identifying applicable laws on a company - Controlling the implementation project plan for each assignment - Supporting the closure of the engagement letters in coordination with legal team - Managing assignments as per client expectations Desired Profile : Individual : - Post Graduate / Lawyer / Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience - Practical knowledge about Labour Laws in terms of registrations and provisions of act - Knowledge about compliances under Act - Experience in Labour law attestation Skill-Set : - Good project management skills - Strong client management skills - Strong communication skills both verbal &amp; written - Good Team player - Knowledge of applicable of laws
