Job Description :

- Responsible for executing a world-class delivery experience for customers

- Setting up last-mile operations of the company with the team

- Develop a Third Party delivery network & stocking facilities in rural areas

- Manage the relationship with the Gramophone Partners

- Finding Best Last Mile Solutions for the company

- Work involves approx 40-50% of travel, as per the business need

Skills Required :

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to convince team-mates

- Organizational and leadership ability

- Problem-solving aptitude

- A self-starter and require minimal supervision

- Leadership and Team Management skills

- Experience in Rural delivery will be a plus advantage
