- As our business at GramFactory grows, we are now looking to add a full-time Marketing role on our team at Gurgaon. - The right fit would be someone with less than 5-6 years of experience. Someone who's: a. Part-nerd and part-creative: to come up with well-planned, innovative ideas targeted specifically on our potential customer base; someone who refrains from spray and pray. b. Detail oriented and hard working: to be able to execute the initiatives on the ground as per plan; someone who's not afraid to roll up the sleeves and do the dirty work herself c.
