Primary Responsibilities : Project Management : - Managing complex projects, end-to-end, and support Sales team in drafting client proposals - Being responsible for the complete design of the analytical approach and work plan of projects - Being responsible for smooth project operations overall project quality and productivity of teams - Ensuring SLAs/performance metrics are met and well managed with client stakeholders - Assessing current performance of various client processes and analyzing areas of process improvement - Having strong expertise and experience in one or more content areas or categories (preferably process set-up and management in Finance or Procurement domain) Client Management : - Understanding the client objective, managing client expectations, and handling client communication on projects independently - Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities for account expansion - Being a thought partner with clients on calls People Management : - Managing project team(s) providing regular feedback and offering step-up opportunities to develop advanced skills, and managing professional development on projects - Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspirations Other Initiatives : - Taking a leadership role in organization improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management - Designing and conducting skill-based internal training sessions independently - Helping the organization in scaling up by actively participating in recruitment drives in the organization or on campus Preferred Skills and Experience : - Prior experience involving: process management, management reporting, vendor management, working in finance, procurement teams, etc. - Strong orientation towards process improvement - Strong excel skills - experience in building excel dashboards, financial modeling, etc. - Ability to go hands-on with data to delve deeper into processes, as per project requirements - Coding experience; proficient with SQL and VBA scripting - Knowledge of statistical and quantitative techniques including regression, correlation, linear/logarithmic modeling, etc. - Ability to apply business judgement and cull out insights from quantitative data
