Core Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Communications & Content Strategy
- Engage with business heads, account managers, performance marketing managers to understand the business goals and targets that need to be driven by content
- Design customized digital marketing content based on a thorough understanding of the following:
- Different market segments and student-user types that GradRight caters to
- Different university-types, their brand position, program offerings and value proposition of partner universities
- Brand strategies to achieve marketing goals across segments and geographies
- Develop, manage and execute marketing communications strategy for various channels including, but not limited to: email marketing, lead nurturing, online advertising, landing pages, online communities to achieve the targets
- Project management of marketing communications:
- Maintain a clear execution plan and calendar of content production as per targets
- Act as central cross-functional liaison, collaborate with multiple content, design and business teams, freelance writers
Content Analysis & Audit:
- Track and analyze outcomes achieved from content published and make changes to optimize campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and evolve brand guidelines as required
