Account Manager University Relations


Overview:

The role includes developing strong liaisons with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (universities) to ensure the agreed engagement possibilities are executed, tracked, and accounted for.

Core Responsibilities:

- Serve as a SPOC for University Account management matters

- Develop trusted relationships with key University stakeholders

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of key tasks and actions mutually agreed upon with the participating partners

- Communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives and action items to the key stakeholders (both internal and external)

- Develop new business opportunities with the existing university partners and identify improvement areas to increase revenue/ sales.

- Build, forecast, and track key performance indicators and metrics on the agreed tasks.

- Handle challenging partner concerns; timely escalation to the key stakeholders.

Skills/ Requirements:

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence/negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders

- Analytics skills: Ability to build trackers, and call out progress and gaps promptly. Additionally, check for trends in the process.

- Able to understand the partners' needs clearly and concisely and be able to deliver partner-focused solutions

- Proven ability to handle multiple partners and engagements with seamless delivery of expectations and outcomes

Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:

- Representation: Participation and representation of the partner in offline and online events (Education fairs, MICE, etc.)

- Data Management & Analytics: Collection, collation, and management of data from external and internal sources and presenting the required trends, analysis, and projections that are needed for the outcomes planned

- Liaison: Close collaboration with sales, service, and marketing teams to drive the right expectations aligned with the partners

- Student Engagement: Lead nurturing, engagement, and coordination with the service team on the student experience

- Event Management: Planning, collaboration, and execution of webinars, events, and other programs aligned with the partner universities.

- Revenue Management: Partnerwise tracking and pushing revenue centers towards achieving targets. Finding new sources of revenue from existing partners and driving revenue optimization
