What You'll Do : 1. Develop strategy for better student satisfaction 2. Improve course delivery: work on improving overall course delivery like scheduling, content management and other operational tasks. 3. Work on improving team efficiency 4. Define a structures playbook: Codify best practices and develop SOPs to bring standardization and improve performance 5. Identify improvement areas in the product and work with the product team to improve it. 6. Bring cost efficiency by removing redundant tasks and increasing scale. 7. Stakeholder management: Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive operations and fulfill business objectives. 8. Data analysis: Analyze data to improve operational practices and propose improvements. What You'll Need : 1. 5-7 years of experience, prior experience in Ed-tech preferred 2. Excellent analytical/communication skills. 3. Experience in leading teams 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bias for action. 5.
