What You'll Do: 1. Responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the firm's marketing plan 2. Conceptualizing and executing plans to deliver creative content across our various communication channels &amp; functions 3. Working with all major functions within the organisation (Product, CRM, Sales, Content, Digital Marketing) to devise communication strategies and plan activated campaigns 4. Design and coordinate media campaigns, advertising and all Brand and Marketing collaterals 5. Manage a team Communications Specialist 6. Working with internal Brand team on various projects to deliver high quality, crisp and impactful creatives across videos, graphics and animations as per brand guidelines and digitally consumable What You'll Need: 1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Brand &amp; Marketing Communications and 2+ years of experience in managing a team &amp; should be from a Tier-1 College 2. Project Management experience. Proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines 3. Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team 4. Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge for Gradeup 5. Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats 6. Preferably from an agency background
