What You'll Do: 1. Manage and drive online product campaigns for Gradeup & Goprep 2. Ideate, conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google ads, Facebook, etc) 3. Monitor, analyze & optimize performance across targeting, ads, networks, devices, etc 4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs) 5. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures 6. Coordinate with communication and design team, product team, etc to run the campaign successfully What You'll Need 1. Previous work experience of 2-4 years required 2. Should be skilled in Google ads, Facebook ads, and other advertising platforms 3. Experience in lead generation, conversion, app acquisition, reengagement, or other such campaigns is a plus 4. Strong analytical & data interpretation skills. Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau & Data Studio preferred 5. Understanding of basic programming principles & coding is preferred 6. Quick to learn, adapt and implement new things
