We are looking to hire a rockstar professional who brings a deep understanding of Marketing Automations and can build the complete Marketing Automation Stack for our App, Web. Ideal candidate is someone who has worked closely with variety of Marketing Automation Tools.
What You'll Do:
1. Building Marketing Stack from an CRM perspective with a complete view of Product Integrations, analytics, customer journeys setup, Impact delivery.
2. Own Engagement and Revenue Targets for fully automated Lifecycle Campaigns
3. Partner closely with CRM team members to understand their business needs and provide technology solutions
4. Work with inhouse Category, Technology, Analytics & Product teams to implement/integrate new tools into the existing infrastructure to cover all use cases.
5. Act as a mentor to upskill the CRM team members in order to ensure adoption of the latest tech
6. Build capability for infra using Google Tag Manager, RTDB, etc. to build continuous experiments
7. Doing POC of and troubleshooting for different technical integrations that are needed for marketing automation/CRM tools to function
What You'll Need:
1. 3-6 years- experience in a role that involved working with Tech, Product and Analytics functions.
2. Product Marketing Experience, CRM / Marketing Automation Experience
3. Knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, or MoEngage is a must.
4. Proficient in Excel and HTML
5. Preferred: a good working understanding of javascript/using API endpoints
6. Knowledge of SQL/BigQuery will be desirable
7. Knowledge of Tech Integration and performance of key tools used in marketing automation stack
