We are currently seeking an experienced, decisive, and innovative Category Lead to join our expanding operation. - In this role, you will help make important guiding decisions regarding existing products and product development and work collaboratively with other teams to attain our shared goals and maximize profitability for the category. You should be a strong leader with excellent management skills who is able to motivate and innovate daily. The incumbent would be responsible for effectively managing the Sales &amp; Margin for the Category, for demand generation for the category along with consultation with key stakeholders to ensure complete visibility. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. P&amp;L Management- Sales and Margin for the Category; Effectively communicate with internal and external senior leadership through updates, narratives on program initiatives and performance 2. Provide financial planning inputs- Analyze the business trends, shifts, spikes/dips, and parameters that would, directly and indirectly, make an impact on the revenue generated. Planning and finalizing the pricing strategy for products 3. Driving Category Growth - Responsible for Demand Generation for the category; Plan Short and Long-term roadmap for the category in consultation with key stakeholders 4. Analytics &amp; Promotions: Working with Customer Success team to identify which products /categories working best and identifying opportunities for improvement
