We are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketing expert for our Marketing team. What You'll Do: 1. Own digital campaigns to promote Gradeup &amp; Goprep 2. Drive targets while maintaining return 3. Experiment with different ad formats &amp; targeting to drive campaign objective 4. Monitor &amp; analyze performance across targeting, ads, networks, devices, etc and take decisions 5. Devise, learn and implement various techniques to scale, analyze &amp; improve campaign performance 6. Regular &amp; robust reporting What You'll Need: 1. Understanding of digital advertising platforms/partners especially Google Ads, Facebook. 2. Previous work experience of 1-3 years required 3. Strong analytical &amp; data interpretation skills. Previous work with large spreadsheets, SQL, 4. Tableau/DataStudio preferred 5. Previous work with Ed-tech sector preferred 6. Understanding of basic programming principles &amp; coding an added advantage 7. Quick to learn, adapt and implement new things
