We are looking for a Communication Specialist for our Marketing Team. What You'll Do: - Delivering creative content across our various communication channels &amp; functions - Working with all major functions within the organisation (Product, CRM, Sales, Content, Digital Marketing &amp; Brand) to devise communication strategies - Responsible for the design and production of media content across SMA, WhatsApp, Display ads, Video Ads, - Emailers, CRM Push notifications etc - Plan and execute communications for various campaigns for various Gradeup IPs - Working on multiple projects, the typical creative process can involve: Content - copy writing Research - for ideas executed nationally/ internationally by players in similar industry Prepare - fresh content based on research and brainstorming Deliver - the said content to the target customer using different mediums Creative process - Help designers interpret requirements &amp; produce final output Interface between communication team &amp; other functions What You'll Need: - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital brand management - Proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines - Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself - Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats - Obsession over quality of work - Strong project management &amp; problem-solving abilities
