Job Role:

At Grabox, Drivers are at heart of our business and its our responsibility to keep our drivers happy and engaged. As Head of Driver Operations , you will be responsible for driver recruitment, onboarding & training, building relationships with drivers and helping them to increase their earnings and hence contribute to Grabox Growth. Its a great opportunity to join as an early employee for our India launch and contribute to the success of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driver recruitment, onboarding & Training about the product

- Responsible for annual operating plan and execution

- Responsibilities include managing operational parameters, supply earning management, Analytics & Reporting

- Responsible for the driver life cycle management and strategy

- Responsible for exceeding KPIs in terms of Driver supply, Churn rate reduction, Driver earnings and reduction in operational cost

- Ensure Long term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention through effective reward and recognition programs

- Responsible for hiring and managing a team that will consistently achieve/exceed targets

- Manage and own metrics that objectively monitor the supply side of the business. Balance inventory growth with the demand to ensure optimisation

- Planning demand and supply side marketing activities

- Responsible for drafting and implementing policies and procedures for driver on boarding and training

- Directly coordinate with all support functions including product, marketing, supply chain and analytics

- Responsible for maintaining adequate levels of stock within the driver cars

- Anything else that will make drivers happy and engaged within the platform

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience with rideshare companies is must.

- Past experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs

- Any experience with driver onboarding and training will be an advantage

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Knowledge of local language will be an advantage

- Positive thinker, hustler, quick decision maker and someone who loves to talk

- Hands on experience with data and analytics and using data to make decisions

- Past experience in operations role and experience as a launch associate will be an advantage

- Someone who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and someone who can take initiative in constantly changing environment

- A numbers person who knows their scorecard on tips and have basic to intermediate knowledge of understanding Financial statements

- MBA from the top business schools will be an advantage
