The ideal candidate for this role has: 1. 0-2 years of product management. 2. An academic background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline. 3. Likes being at the intersection of tech, design, and data. 4. Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders. 5. Natural ability to make things happen to you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. 6. Makes and maintains crystal clear PRDs and contributes constructively to the Product roadmap 7. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. 8. Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences. 9. Experience leading post-launch optimizations including developing testing strategies. 10. Detail orientated with superior organizational skills. 11. Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem. 12. Passion for GrabOn and what we are trying to achieve in the online savings industry
