Role:

- The Marketing Manager will primarily lead non-digital Performance marketing initiatives and ensure Brand communication consistency across other channels .

- This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will focus on increasing target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increasing market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal.

- Create and execute Brand Marketing and activation Strategy: Create strategies that drive customer activation and engagement to maximize growth across products and geographies, while driving brand consistency.

- Develop and execute a rolling 12 month marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.

- Initiate and maintain program analysis reporting for all brand marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Strategise the creative development of brand themes that convey the brand point-of-view, and business targets for the quarter.

- Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.

- Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, visual merchandising, Radio & Televsision

- Ensuring the brand gets communicated in the right way across all consumer touchpoints consistently across on-line, public relations, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, social marketing, viral marketing, cause-related and local/community initiatives.

- Facilitate integration of marketing channels, merchandising, product development and other departments as appropriate, to fully develop Big Ideas.

- Drive continuous consumer research to help understand the profile and needs and right messaging to customers

- Choosing and working with the right partners to be able to achieve the key obejctives

- Develop a strong integrated marketing team. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline.

- Develop, optimize and track annual brand marketing budget.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of Marketing experience, with atleast 2 years of brand management experience

- Minimum of 2 years of team management experience

- Experience in the space of media planning, negotiations & buying media.

- Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to drive business results

- Experience in the digital domain is a plus

- Experience in having built and executed a brand is a plus
