Who are we?

Grabhouse.com is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 25, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and are fully funded by India Quotient.

How are we changing Indian real estate market?

Why without brokers? Because paying substantial brokerage is old fashioned and meaningless. With advancement in technology and comfort of people in using websites for their day to day needs, real estate deserves a fresh approach. It needs to be accurate, fast, hassle free, on mobile and broker free! We are a team of thinkers, doers, problem solvers, developers, artists and optimists working relentlessly to change mindsets and challenge notion of the world that the only to find quality accommodation is through a broker. Role description:

- Setting the theme and tone of all marketing communications rolled out in graphic design

- Exploring smart ways of delivering communication to our target audience

- Co-ordinate all creative design requirements for web, social media, print and other channels of marketing

- Manage a team of graphic, print and web designers to swiftly and efficiently deliver design requirements

- Primary channel of communication between the Marketing and Design teams

- Deliver high volume of creatives within stipulated deadlines

- Work with Sales, Operations, Tech and other departments to articulate and fulfill any design requirements

- Should be inclined to understand Marketing concepts, Creatives, target audience etc.

Professional Qualifications/Requirements

- Graduates from top colleges with 4 – 8 years of experience in graphic design

- Experience with managing a large team and handling pressure productively

- Candidate should have strong communication skills. Must have passion for start-ups/ technology

- Creativity to bring in smart ideas and deliver the punch required in good marketing communication

- Should be a self-starter and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set up

Core competencies include, but are not limited to:

- Needs to accept the pressure of a start-up company and a willingness to take on responsibility from day 1

- Well rounded knowledge of Indian Media and strong consumer understanding

- Excellent analytical capabilities – understands the needs of the campaign and possesses creative outlook

- Excellent communication skills – clearly defines workflow for the design team and delivers in deadlines while reaching agreements maintaining the interests of all departments
