Your Roles & Responsibilities :

- Creating and running the integrated brand marketing plan for Grabhouse

- Responsible for delivering the company's marketing plans including brand positioning, customer segment selection and penetration plans.

- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to suits the business needs & translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

- Work closely with departments such as Design and R&D to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

- Responsible for marketing communications including digital and conventional branding, public relations, advertising, seminars and events, marketing collateral materials, TV shows and market research management.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of consumer research plans and drive relationships with market research partners.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors - activities to identify opportunities and key issues

What we expect from you :

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute (Preferably from MICA or other Tier-1 institutes)

- 2 to 8 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment. High energy, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success are absolutely imperative.
