We have served over 10 lakh customers across 7 cities over India and have raised $10 million in its Series B round of funding by reputed venture capitalists Kalaari and Sequoia Capital.

Grabhouse, an online housing portal, was ideated with the thought of making house hunting, a day's process; that would help save time, money & efforts, taking the customer experience to the next level. Having served over 10,00,000 customers, Grabhouse has evolved with time catering to serve and meet the need of every seeker.

With 4 rounds of fund raising in the last two years, we plan to capture Pan India Market by the end of the year and be the first name people can relate to when they are looking for house rentals.

What are we looking for :

- We need a brilliant AVP Operations to provide Strategic leadership & Operational effectiveness to the operational teams being setup Pan India. We are looking for experts who are front runners & have the ability to define, develop & strategize plans to implement process improvement in business.

What do you bring :

- Crystallizing and documenting our business & operations strategy, identification of new strategic opportunities for the unit, development of pan India expansion strategies, assessing entries into adjacent market segments, driving projects aimed at strengthening and leveraging our innovation capabilities and scale position.

- Developing strategies in a hypothesis-driven mode, incorporating analytical proof throughout.

- Define, develop & strategize operational plans & procedures with complete ownership of growth & development against organizational goals. Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, data collection methods, costs and results, against the Operational Plan & bring about process improvements

- Provide Operational leadership to operational teams existing Pan India. Motivating and leading team, including honing/ optimizing processes.

What we expect from you :

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute. 3+ years of experience in a similar role and 1-2 years of experience leading teams.

- Ability to assess market trends, shape data collection strategy and generate ideas for product development. Excellent communication, Training & Leadership skills

- A strong in- depth knowledge of Sales cycles and Sales strategies is imperative for this role.

- Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment. High energy, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success are absolutely imperative.
