Roles and Responsibilities
- Working with the Manager, Strategy and Operations for providing Strategic leadership to the Business Development/Sales Team.
- Implementing processes around data collection/ sales/marketing activities.
- Tracking targets/ incentives of Business Development team, managing day to day operations and sending reports to all the stakeholders.
- Gathering training requirements and honing data collection/ sales processes and continuously optimizing tasks
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, data collection methods, costs and results, against the Operational Plan.
- Working in-hand with the FOS team to come up with optimized processes.
- Implementing pilots and tracking performance.
- Improving operational effectiveness of plans, processes and procedures, while working with the Manager to align more focus on quality data collection/ sales support and mentoring.
- Building new affiliates and working along with them to grow customer base as well as revenue.
Required Skills and Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed Institutes with 1-4 years of experience in managing the sales team in Online/FMCGs/Banking/Insurance/Telecom sector. MBA preferred.
- Ensure future performance of the team through focus on processes and operational efficiency.
- Process improvement is imperative for this role.
- Should have strong ability to develop Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan and targets for the sales team.
- Executing team plans by managing and tracking targets and rolling out training plans.

Salary : 8 - 12 lcs per annum
