What are we looking for-

AZM will be managing the sales function and play the role of a catalyst and galvanize. Strong field force to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the Business . He has to be highly motivated individual contributor with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region.

- Driving scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.

- Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.

- Improving operational effectiveness of plans, processes and procedures, while working with the manager to align more focus on quality data collection/ sales support and mentoring.

- Provide a comprehensive report on competitive analysis inclusive of pricing, product and business strategy & setting up training process for new recruits.

Requisites:

- Management Post Graduates from Tier I (preferred) institutes with 1-3 years of experience in managing and leading go-getter sales teams in eCommerce/Insurance/Telecom sector.

- Strong analytical skills to develop Operational Plan that aligns with the

- Strategic Plan and targets for the sales team.

- Excellent communication & leadership skills
