Grab A Grub - Sourcing Lead - Supply Operations

Key Result Areas:

- Lead pan India sourcing operations for delivery associates.

- Create and lead execution of new-age sourcing strategies to attract manpower.

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the business units and accomplish the quality hiring of delivery associates in required TAT.

- Develop sourcing plan / budgets and manage cost of acquisition.

- Lead regional sourcing teams and regularly appraise their performance.

- Appraise each channel of sourcing regularly and build incentive programs.

- Regularly upgrade processes to onboard, manage and deploy delivery associates.

- Build strong vendor base who can supply manpower / for outsourcing LM ops.

- Build strong FOS / TC network enabling hiring directly from the field.

- Coordinate and work alongside all internal stakeholders.

- Attend to issues and resolve within shortest timeline.

- Regularly publish MIS reports and apprise management on division's performance.

Mandatory Requisites:

- Bulk / blue-collared sourcing experience in grocery/ecommerce industry.

- Significant leadership & strategic experience and has lead a team of more than 20 persons (direct + indirect reporting)

- Excellent understanding of last mile logistics industry.

- Excellent communication skills.
