Urgent Job Opportunity for the position of Manager - Supply Operations

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring of delivery associates in time.

- Analyze the capacity gaps at micro level and build sourcing policies around it.

- Build and implement vendor management plan for local and national entities. Keep regular engagement with vendors.

- Build strong internal recruiter network so as to enable faster manpower hiring.

- Creating projects for managing overall life cycle of riders with the company and aid to retention.

- Keeping tap on monthly finances including vendor payments, acquisition cost payments and analyze cost so to develop sourcing plan and budgets.

- Implement sourcing cost saving tools & total turnaround time (TAT) reduction.

- Closely work with operations and supply operations to control attrition in the region.

- Build and implement efficient retention activities for ensuring maximum riders are retained.
