Urgently Hiring Chartered Accountant - Portfolio investment scheme

A) Primary:

1. Business Development, approaching new Banks/ Broker to market our services.

2. Understanding the operational process of the department, conducting internal review and suggesting improvement and its implementation and monitoring.

3. Setting up of a new process after discussing with Bank, Operation and Software team.

4. PIS Department and FPI:

- Handling routine issues of the PIS department including coordinating with the Bank, PIS Operation and software team for its resolutions.

- Attend to various queries relating to FEMA and Income Tax of NRI customers of Bank, Bank's officials and Brokers (related to PIS and FPI) including coordinating with Tax and NRI team on the same.

- Organize and planning the activities that shall be undertaken by the software development team and Software Developer, including discussions on the requirements and its implementations.

- Reporting from Software Development Team on Developments work attended by them.

- Periodic meeting and discussion with Bank officials on PIS, to review the assignments and scope.

- Attending to the Audit conducted by the Bank/ ISO and other consultants including closure of observations on this.

- Attending with PIS HOD and other senior to take Reporting of the staffs including their evaluation.

- Overall monitoring and Supervision of the processes assigned to him.

B) Secondary:

1. Finalization of Agreement/SLA, Fees, Prepare and updating the Policy Decision and overall, TAT of all Banks in PIS.

2. Review the requirements, coordinating and arranging Trainings for the PIS staff.

3. Recruitment of staff for PIS Department.

4. Activity allocation amongst staff.

I. Qualification and experience:

1. Qualified CA/ MBA in marketing with minimum 0 to 2 years' experience in financial services industry.

Desired Skills:

1. Should have good communication skills.

2. Knowledge of Presentation, excel, word and well aware with stock market related terms.

3. Working experience in setting up of a processes and implementation of Software would be an added advantage.

4. Working knowledge V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot, Macros and other excel functions

5. Knowledge of security market and mutual fund operations
