About the role:

We are looking for a self-driven, result oriented & enthusiastic Sr. Brand Solutions Manager to lead our Brand solutions team. The individual would be involved in new pitches as well as existing clients and would be responsible for driving the new sales lead Gozoop.

Responsibilities: (Including, not restricted to)

- Lead a team with fine people management skills

- Identifying new sales leads

- Creating presentations and pitching clients

- Maintaining strong relations with new and existing clients

- Developing quotes and proposals

- Negotiating deals with the clients

- Target oriented connect

- Street smart, tactical, understanding of marketing and digital sales

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong digital media knowledge with approximately 6-8 years of experience

- Should have lead a team of at least 2 business development experts and an experience of building cohesive and long lasting teams based on sound organisational culture

- Strong revenue and profitability focus, with an ability to track business metrics on a regular basis

- Strong people management, iron clad integrity

- Entrepreneurial, and possess a proactive approach with a strong bias for action

- A deep desire and commitment to create truly outstanding output at all times

- Should be a visionary
