COD collection/pick up payments updated in the dashboard and appropriately captured in the report 4. Updating the cash flow of the company daily to give visibility on the cash balances 5. Liaising with cross function teams on various occasions such as the error in invoicing; reaching out to the customer for correct GSTIN number, the B2B team for order and payment updates/recon 6. Liaising with banks 7. Managing data and books for a closure of statutory audit and internal audit 8. Reconciliation of payment gateways report and cash report to order dashboard 9. Reconciliation of pick up payments to bank statement/vouchers with the dashboard 10. Ensuring the order dump and invoice reports are correct as inappropriate tax been levied, no clerical errors. 11. Coming up with innovative ideas to save cost/ improve processes and automation 12. Liaising with consultants to ensure compliance with companies- law and FEMA 13. Ensuring timely filing of GST returns and other regulatory compliances.
