HR Manager - Job description
1. Streamlining attendance management system for 86 branches spread over multiple locations for timely payroll processing;
a) to be conversant with ERP systems;
b) liaising with internal IT department to resolve any issues;
c) implementing SLAs with Payroll & Treasury for the above;
2. Managing core HR processes such as onboarding of new joinees and separation;
a) creation and deactivation of ERP codes;
b) opening of bank accounts and their updation on ERP;
c) ensuring timely capture of attendance of new joinees;
3. Conducting people audit across and maintaining up-to-date database of nearly 4000 employees;
a) creation of email IDs for all employees;
b) maintaining up-to-date mobile nos.;
c) verifying new joinees and leavers at branches on an ongoing basis;
4. Operating an HR helpline to address pending salaries, return of original certificates, transfer of teachers, conducting exit interviews and resolving any other complaints;
a) creating SLAs for reverting on enquiries and their implementation;
b) maintaining database of certificates and ensuring its hygiene;
c) identifying reasons behind high attrition;
5. Communication of HR policies, pay slips, statutory deductions and clarifying doubts regarding these to employees on an ongoing basis;
a) training of stakeholders for effective implementation of HR policies;
b) interactive sessions with employees for feedback on HR policies;
