K-12 is an education management services company that operates and manages 86 schools; 84 in AP and one each in Bangalore and Mumbai this year. We are aggressively expanding in Bangalore and Mumbai and expect to set up nearly 8 schools in these two locations. The aggregate student strength currently is 60,000 (approx.). In Bangalore and Mumbai we provide CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum through our brand – Orchids The International School. In Hyderabad, we are well-known by the brand 'Gowtham Model Schools'.

We have positions open for the following roles:

1. Business Development Manager, Marketing, Sales & Strategy

- marketing and publicity, lead generation, conversion of leads into admissions

- preferably with sales experience

2. Project Manager

- overall manage the project of launching of new schools

3. General Management

- managing operations and actual day-to-day running of schools

- achieve goals in given areas within pre-defined targets

Open positions are for Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. Please note that the positions are for temporary roles only - 6 month contract.

Requirements: at the minimum, MBA from a top tier Management Institute - preferably any one of the IIMs or engineering from IIT with work experience.
