Global ePMO Governance & Reporting Manager
Responsibilities- Manages portfolio management office governance and reporting activities.
- Leads the production of Change governance materials at portfolio, program and project levels (e.g. presentations, dashboards, MI).
- Reviews, challenges and QA program / projects delivery against plan and corresponding artefacts including Status Reports, Plans, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Actions, Assumptions, Budget, Benefits and Change Requests.
- Oversees Change portfolio secretariat activities conducted by ePMO Governance & Reporting Coordinators.
- Owns relationship with Regional Heads of Change and Project Managers.
- Works collaboratively with Finance to challenge, finalise and sign off portfolio / programs / project cost and benefit reporting and MI
- Promotes and drives adherence to Change Portfolio governance, reporting, processes, standards and controls.
- Responsible to ensure portfolio / program / project information is available in complete, accurate, timely and consistent manner - one repository with single version of the truth, socialized and shared with stakeholders in line with Change governance cadence.
Experience required- Bachelor degree in Business / Engineering / IT.
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting roles or equivalent, currently operating at Manager level or above.
- 3+ of experience in program / project management roles ($1M+ budget projects).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of operating in Global environment, engaging with teams across different counties.
- Experience of designing and writing reports / presentations to Senior Execs to communicate key messages and drive decision making in a simple, clear, concise and efficient manner.
- Strong analytical and story-telling skills.
- Commercial focus, management of costs to budget and management of change control.
- Experienced and fluent in Change Portfolio Management Office role, responsibilities, processes and controls.
- Experience of managing teams of up to 5 people
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services
Experience desired / nice to have- Prince2, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification
- Experience in using project management and collaboration tools including PPM, MSP, JIRA, SharePoint or Confluence
