We are looking for an intelligent, creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can create and implement digital marketing acquisition plans and strategies for the next phase of GG's growth. Primary focus to be on customer acquisition and improving brand visibility in paid searches. Roles & Responsibilities: - Creating and executing a performance marketing strategy & plan - Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns - Acquisition of customers digitally by ensuring Traffic & Conversion - Owning and adhering to the Performance Marketing budgets - Growth in share and revenue from digital channel. - Measuring & Monitoring return on advertising spend (ROAs). Qualification & Skills : - Graduate/PG with 3-5 years of work experience - A masters degree/diploma in Marketing preferred Tier 1, Tier 2 - Experience with Digital performance marketing responsibility in a leading D2C start- up or any other similar company - Proficiency in performance marketing tools and channels - Proficiency in dashboard creation on Google Sheets / MS Excel
