ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company. This role will be an individual contributor role directly working with the management. This role is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process on the recruitment outcomes.

Each of the below recruitment objectives should be viewed from that perspective of hiring the right talent.

Overall Management of the Employee Lifecycle:

- From scouting potential candidates to facilitating a meaningful exit or transition, you will oversee each stage of the employee journey, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.

Talent Acquisition and Development :

- Implement innovative strategies to recruit individuals with a high talent bar and develop internal programs aimed at increasing the skill level of our current employees.

- Evaluate and learn individual strengths; helping them develop and promote effective workflow.

These are key responsibility area for this role:

Increase the overall talent bar at Goquest by:

- Recruiting individuals with exceptional abilities.

- Enhancing the capabilities of existing team members.

Measure success through:

- Comparison of set goals versus outcomes within the first 6 months of a candidate's tenure.

- Monitoring the percentage of employees who remain with the company for more than 12 months.

Talent Identification: Run talent sourcing programs and get the right candidates to interview with the org. This includes regular passive scouting from linkedIn and other job boards/groups apart from selecting from received applications. Go Creative in find in new ways of quality resume sourcing.

Talent Outreach: Recruitment is a sales job. You have to pitch our business to candidates and make them understand the opportunities and it's employment prospects to the candidate.

Screening Interview: Follow GoQuest set interview guidelines and processes to complete the interview process. A smooth interview process is paramount and helping candidates through the interview process is important.

All of the above with adherence to the Hiring Process and full documentation in GoQuest internal ATS.
