ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Import, export, and query data based on user requirements.
- Create templates, reports, and dynamic dashboards.
- Address CRM user queries and manage CRM fields.
- Act as an intermediary between business and developer teams.
- Design, improve processes, and automate reports using Python.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Perform web data scraping when necessary.
- Define and track KPIs, document projects and processes.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze YouTube performance.
Role Type : This role can function as both an individual contributor and a team contributor, depending on project requirements.
Team Management : This role does not involve managing a team.
Key Goals :
- 30 Days: Identify existing processes and map them.
- 90 Days: Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions for improvement.
- 12 Months: Implement proposed solutions, ensure continuous improvement.
Measurement of Goals :
The goals will be measured based on process efficiency, time savings, and effectiveness improvements.
Who should apply :
- Has completed B.Tech or equivalent degree
- Loves Data Analysis using SQL, Python (Pandas, Xlwings, Selenium, BeautifulSoup).
- Knows Data Manipulation and Visualization using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Power Query), Google App Script.
- Has used and worked on CRM Platforms like Salesforce and Zoho CRM.
- Wants to do operations management (Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Communication)
Who should not apply : Candidates with a non-technical background (e.g., plain BA, BCom) without experience in tech-related tasks will not be considered.
