Sales Manager - Corporate wellness

At GOQii, our corporate sales team plays the role of identifying prospective clients and getting them onboard our robust Corporate Wellness Programs. We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate from the corporate wellness space who has the much needed experience of selling solutions to corporates. The candidate must have an understanding of the Corporate Wellness market and also have good connects in the industry.

Objectives of this Role:

- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

- Self-driven individual with a goal to continuously upskill in order to grow within the organization.

- Understand the market trends and do a detailed competitor analysis from time to time.

- Generate leads and nurture client relationships with a focus on deal closures.

- The responsibilities include 90% hunting and 10% farming.

- Curate solutions that meet the client's needs and requirements.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Work in line with the sales plan so to expand the client base of the company.

- Maintain a stable and concrete pipeline that'd help meet the revenue target of the business vertical.

- Cold calling, generate leads, meeting with potential clients on a daily basis.

- Custom building presentations & proposals as per the needs and requirements of the clients.

- Work on building a pipeline which results in quality sales forecasts.

- Meet monthly revenue targets.

- The candidate reports in to the Sales Head- Corporate Wellness and provides daily updates along with comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree, 5+ years in sales within a corporate setting with at least 3 years in solution sales.

- Proven track record of managing a successful sales cycle from planning to closure.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel as and when the business requires.

- Proficient in MS Excel and excellent in MS PPT.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience of dealing with the client's HR vertical.

- Experience of selling Corporate Wellness & Engagement solutions to corporates.
