Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the revenue target of the banking vertical
- Conceptualise, develop and implement the business strategy for the banking vertical
- Develop pipeline and convert New banking/Fintech relationships and manage existing banking relationships and upsell new products
- Delivering new product and business opportunity
- Developing new market opportunities outside India
- Build a strong team to acquire and manage banking/fintech relationships.
- Maintain sustained engagement levels with end customers of bank
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas and deploy implementation strategies to consistently increase the engaged consumer base and establish an unmatched brand positioning.
Requirements :
- Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience in BFSI
- Understanding of Banking and Payment Industry
- Result oriented & Self starter
- Good Relationship Management Skills
- Good Business Development Skills
- Great presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Team Player
- Entrepreneur - should be able to develop new business opportunity for the organisation
- Brand Ambassador for the organisation
