GM - Finance & Accounts  Gopal Snacks Private Limited is the largest Manufacturer of Traditional Namkeen and Fryums within Gujarat state. We are on path of growth and have a vision of PAN India Presence. We are currently looking for a dedicated and exceptionally result oriented GM - Finance & Accounts to join our CORE team.   Location : Rajkot, Gujarat  Key Responsibilities :  - Set up an insightful financial reporting for the company and its projects to drive clear accountability on operating performance, revenue & cost management across the operating divisions and units.   - Build and manage relationships with banks and other financial partners.   - Lead various performance and profit improvement projects  - Contribute to company's strategy and share the leadership   - Lead and Develop a high level of engagement in the finance team.   - Ensure that all policies relating to capital and operating expenses are complied with and appropriate documentation is maintained for transactions   - Ensuring that accounting processes have the required internal controls, desired documentation and are robust enough to support information requirements for decision making   -Ensuring a proper annual business planning exercise for all stake holders of the company   - Vendor Management to ensure proper supply chain management and optimal cost structure   - Support to the Board in Strategic Initiatives.   - Oversee the day to day work of the Finance Division, provide corporate leadership in Financial and Administrative management as a member of the Senior Management Group and help to set the financial strategies and objectives for the company.   - Propose policy recommendations and suggest standard operating procedures regarding management, supervision, motivation, training, recruitment and selection for Financial Division staff. - Set an example that will nurture a superior organizational culture, values, and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.   - Develop Financial Management Reports and Accounting and Reporting Systems to support Board-Level and Senior Management level decision making.   - Develop various Dashboards and monthly Board Pack  - Lead various Strategic Purchasing initiatives   Key Attributes :   - Demonstrates enthusiasm for the corporate vision and motivate, lead, and empower others to achieve organizational goals.   - Qualified CA / ICWA or MBA (Finance)  - Results oriented and highly motivated.   - Ability to formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches and operational activities.   - Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.   - Competent to handle all types of people (including grassroot)  - Great Leadership skill with ability to drive transformation in a family owned company / environment   - 15+ years of experience in FMCG / Food   - Strong Commercial acumen   - Must be carrying an impressive personality, Fluent in communication  - Can lead with example   - Gujarati speaking and writing is MUST   - Hands on experience in Manufacturing Industries
