Key Responsibilities :
- Hands on experience working with adobe analytics and dynamic tag manager
- Good understanding in competitor intelligence, involved in market research
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel should be able to understand formulas and pivot tables
- Managing expectations in data extraction from any analytics tool and reporting delivery and implementation efforts
- Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions
- Partner with Product Management to determine how to measure performance for new products/features
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Operations lead to create and manage a process of lead management, lead scoring, qualification and creating opportunity/revenue funnel
- Acquire full understanding of site architecture and page construction and liaise with Technical group to ensure suitability and consistency of measurement;
- Collaborate with marketing campaign managers to help support a data-driven approach. Define campaign success metrics and ensure that measurement is in place to measure that success.
- Proactively finding site conversion breakdowns and opportunities to improve journey conversion
- Creating and testing tracking codes, ensuring that tagging implementation is accurate
- Custom-code tags in the tag management tool - Google Tag Manager experience is desirable
Key Skills & Experience :
- Experience of implementing and testing web tags and analytics tools
- Experience of an eCommerce-driven retail environment
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Delivery to time, budget and quality expectation, across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
- Should have atleast 3-4 years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools - Google Analytics (preferred) Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.
- Should have deep understanding of GA setup, Events setup, Data Layers, Enhanced Ecommerce, working with Big Query essential
