GoodWorker is built on Affinidi, an open and interoperable ecosystem that enables users to have control and ownership over their data.

Both GoodWorker and Affinidi are seeded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.

We are looking for a world-class team to build and scale our startup to reach several million workers by 2025.

This role at GoodWorker provides a unique opportunity for a high performing individual to have broad impact. You will work closely with a talented and diverse group of engineers, product managers and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute talent acquisition and recruitment strategy

- Manage recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation

- Articulate company culture and values throughout recruiting process

- Advise internal stakeholders on job design, job descriptions, interview guides, compensation

- Define, measure and track venture's recruitment metrics / KPIs

- Develop collaborative relationships with employers and employees within the same industry to identify potential talent

- Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve applicant experience throughout the application process

Ideal Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or search firm recruitment, with a focus on hiring technology talent and executives

- Strong knowledge of Indian local market startup hiring environment and practices a plus

- Proven track record in direct sourcing for candidates

- Startup and corporate experience

- Experienced in building and utilizing a variety of recruiting tools and channels

- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

- Strong ability to work in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
