We want a Dynamic Marketing Leader and Strategist for conceptualizing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned to our business. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Lead SEO team :
- Work with in-house SEO team to track all paid adverts and analyze and design customer acquisition campaigns using web analytics and all on going On-Page and Off-Page SEO efforts
- Conceptualize and manage all digital marketing campaigns and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities
Lead Web Content :
- Rationalize, optimize, and oversee the structure and content of our regional and global websites
- Develop process to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the website and its content
- Regular usability checks for English and other language websites for maximum localization impact
- Build brand awareness and visibility through online press releases, social media including industry specific articles on blogs and other relevant mediums
Lead the Design team:
- Work in collaboration with designers to improvise on the existing websites design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material and email marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and finalize all designs-related tasks
General Management :
- Shoulder responsibility of managing the online marketing department that includes international (Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, German, Brazilian, Turkish) as well as Indian staff members
- Build and manage ongoing relationships with research organizations, internationals journals, and publishers
- Regularly engage in online marketing activities for vendors, agencies, and other channel partners to optimize our market share and to drive incremental business
- Enhance business intelligence by engaging in online market research and make pricing decisions enabling us to create and refine core business processes.
- Develop and coordinate with IT and Software team for a smooth product or service launch
- Partner with the Customer Relationship Management team to effectively drive customer advocacy process, including customer testimonials and case studies.
Skills Required :

- A technical bent of mind or background will be a strong plus to your candidature.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Maximize traffic and conversion
2. Improve user experience through all touch points, web, mobile, app
3. Provide relevant analysis to internal teams to take action to improve
4. Constantly search out barriers to sales, conversion and customer journey issues then develop plans to remove.
5. Analysis of the site performance to ensure maximum customer response.
6. Produce reports and on-going recommendations to the business.
7. Candidate would be driving revenue through the digital channels and an eye for conversion
8. Developing strategies; SEO, PPC, social, mobile, CRM campaigns
9. Proposing site and campaign optimization based on analytics based evidence
10. Providing regular evaluation and monitoring of the digital marketing strategies
11. Producing a monthly report on e-commerce performance, development and opportunities
12. Candidate team will include digital marketers, analysts and UX experts
