Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create business impact for your defined vertical. Identify new experiments and innovation opportunities.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and adoption

- Understand the market, competitive landscape and customer demands by conducting primary and secondary research, in close collaboration with sales, marketing and customer success teams

- Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing and building products - influence and get buy-in from key stakeholders using analyses, presentations, and narratives

- Provide direction and guidance to UX designers to develop user-friendly products with world-class look and feel

- Be the voice of the user internally; Represent Goodera in key client conversations to solicit product feedback

- Develop detailed and comprehensive PRDs with high-quality product specifications (User Stories)

- Lead sprint planning with design and engineering, effectively prioritizing and managing the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time

Who you are :

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of solid product management experience, preferably in fast-paced environments

- Proven ability to build customer facing technology products from scratch and the vision to scale them fast, with relentless focus on quality, user experience and adoption

- Obsession to drive projects to fruition; no matter how complex or ambiguous the environment is

- Skilled in optimizing time-to-market while balancing user needs and business priorities.

- Curiosity to stay on top of the latest industry trends & make the product future proof

- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven, analytical mindset

- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism from multiple sources

- Ability to work with remote/distributed development teams.
