Designation: Senior Manager, Business Development Location: Bangalore What does the role entail? Core Responsibilities : - Work closely with the India Enterprise BD Head in establishing Goodera - Sign up and deliver against the sales targets/quota set inline with company goals - Work on the Pricing strategy and recommend options, market Analysis, Research - Prepare and monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts - Networking: Responsible for building new ties, developing partnerships and managing the same - Relentlessly prospect to build pipeline by calling, F2F meetings, networking and build strong relationships with CXO prospects in large enterprises Sales Strategy & Product Roadmap : - Leverage understanding of the CSR ecosystems and institutionalize consultative sales - Work with the Product team to enhance existing functionalities and product features Standardization and Process Creation : - Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization. - Build sales content, collaterals, pitches, demos - Keep current with demand and supply of company's products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors What are our expectations from you? - Experience - Looking at an individual with 7+ years of experience post a Masters degree - Should have experience in Enterprise SAAS Sales in product companies - MANDATORY - A mix of MNC and startup experience is desirable - Should possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit - The individual should have the passion for learning Technology and embody the spirit of doing Good! - Strategic/Analytical mindset with great problem solving ability - Must be a self-starter, highly flexible, innovative and persistent with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). - Should have the ability to work across time zones and travel extensively as required - Ownership and Attention to detail are skills that are paramount for this role - Should be comfortable in handling chaos and should Thrive in uncertainty!
